Ben Bahrami

Strength and Conditioning Coach

A little about Ben...

They say the best way to learn something is to teach it—which might explain why Ben is so good at what he does. In addition to his role as a Performance Coach for McMaster University’s men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball and swim teams, he’s also a kinesiology lecturer and educates S&C interns, student athletes, and youth athletes in the community.

As a Sport Performance Coach, he works closely with the university’s head coaches to coordinate and carry out year-long training plans for more than 100 athletes. He also creates individualized  programs for return-to-play athletes and professional athletes in the offseason.

A lifelong involvement in sports, including football at two universities, has attracted Ben high performance sport and his involvement with Hockey Canada and Waterski Canada. Before joining the McMaster team, Ben fine-tuned his skills at Level 10 Fitness where he worked with everyone from junior athletes and senior citizens to professional players and Olympians.
