Strength and Conditioning Coach
A little about Joe...
When it comes to helping bodies perform at their best, Joe McCullum is no rookie. This former University of Utah football player has coached multiple world and Olympic medalists in a variety of sports, as well as countless professional athletes ranging from NHL to NFL players. But that’s not even half the story.
Joe also spent two years as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for his alma mater where he worked with all 16 of the university’s teams. In 2002, he moved back to his native Canada where he signed on to be the Director of High Performance Training and Staff Development for Level Ten Fitness in North Vancouver. Over the next 12 years, Joe managed more than 30 employees and worked with countless national team athletes, from the Canadian National Under-20 rugby team to the national wrestling team.
Today, Joe is the head strength and conditioning coach for the University of British Columbia, where he is responsible for 25 varsity teams and more than 600 athletes. He also works with over 40 coaches and 6 therapists on a weekly basis.
